BOOKING INFORMATION
20%* discount on second week on all 2 week bookings * (not in high season)
Our changeover days & times are flexible whenever possible.
We will be able to offer reduced prices for Long Lets of three months or more in the low season, please email for more information.
A 25% Deposit is required at time of booking confirmation.
A £99 security / damage deposit required (refunded within 2 weeks after the last date of rental except where costs have been incurred)
Balance will be required 6 weeks before start of holiday.
Minimum 3 nights stay prices on application.
Prices are per apartment (not per person) per week.
Cleaning costs are not included and are:- €70 per clean including laundry for 2 persons, an extra €5 per person thereafter for laundry.
Paid locally to our agent.
Bookings should be made by email or telephone and your reservation will be confirmed as soon as we receive a completed booking form plus the required deposit. Do not book your flights until your booking is confirmed.
Balance will be required 6 weeks before start of holiday.
We can accept payments by cheque or bank transfer ie (paypal a 3% surcharge applies), GBP or Euros.
Prices are set at a discount as Riquelme is a 5* resort in its early stages and most apartments are ready, the town centre is now being constructed so a car is essintial as Sucini a small town and the beaches are nearby along with all other Polaris world resorts which are at your disposal and the Mar Menor which has many beautiful places to visit and good variety of restaurants etc. There are temporary facilities on site ie club/pro shop cafe/bar and a supermarket.
